CMS Proposes 2.8% Payment Bump for IRFs in FY 2025

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) published March 29 a proposed rule (89 Fed. Reg. ) updating Medicare payment policies under the Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) Prospective Payment System (PPS) for fiscal year (FY) 2025 that would result in an overall payment increase of 2.8%.
