Part Two in this series will focus on coding, compliance, and business
process consultants. The goal will be to provide practical guidance
regarding (1) when to hire a consultant; (2) the alternatives; (3) what
the consultant contract should and should not say; (4) the
attorney-client privilege and consulting engagements; (5) controlling
scope of work and consultant's processes; and (6) how to best enhance
the credibility of the consultant's work.
