The Journal of Health & Life Sciences Law (Journal) is a free benefit for association members. The Journal is dedicated to bringing you critical practical information that will help you advise your clients in the ever-changing world of health and life sciences law. The Journal's editorial board, veteran members of the profession from the ranks of private practitioners, law school professors, and in house counsel, review all articles and assist in developing topics that they view as critical.

 

Members have access to recent issues of the Journal through www.healthlawyersjournal.com. You can explore issues dating back to October 2008 using our interactive online format, which allows you to click through citations, do keyword searches, and view the Journal on your mobile device. Older issues of the Journal, from July 2008 through 1984, are available on our Extended Journal Archive.
