Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile

Program Description

The Institute is designed specifically for in-house counsel at health plans and their outside counsel and advisors. This program will provide an intensive day and a half of informative and practical education on a variety of issues and best practices for health plan counsel. The program faculty will cover issues on Medicare Advantage enforcement, managed care litigation, privacy/security, drug pricing, ERISA, the opioid crisis, and more. The program offers several informal networking opportunities where in-house counsel, outside counsel, and other professionals supporting health plans can meet others who face similar day-to-day issues and come up with solutions together. Some of the best networking happens in sessions, at breakfast, and the reception. More information will be available soon.
