Mediating Health Care Controversies

Monday, April 09, 2018 - Wednesday, April 11, 2018
Executive Conference Center
Arlington, VA

Program Description

Learn how to successfully resolve health care cases which are commonly mediated, such as medical malpractice, payer-provider disputes, and physician-hospital disputes; and cases in which mediation is trending upwards, such as False Claims Act cases, peer review, and human resource issues in the physician group or hospital setting.

Because this is a highly interactive program, registration is limited to 30 participants. In this small group setting, our highly experienced team of trainers will provide individualized coaching and feedback.

Attendees participating in this program will complete the required number of training hours needed to be eligible for AHLA’s Mediation roster.

View the Brochure for a list of all the topics being offered.
