The recent #MeToo Movement created a spike in sexual harassment complaints, claims and lawsuits. This spike has increased Healthcare employers’ & Physicians’ exposure for liability do to sexual harassment. This luncheon will explore the current state of sexual harassment litigation against healthcare facilities and physicians practices, as well as, steps to insure employees have a workplace free from harassment, and mitigate the risk of liability due to complaints of sexual harassment or retaliation, through effective policies, education, contracts, investigations and action.
