Offering the most current information and analysis of myriad legal issues the health care industry is facing in a thoughtful, practical solution-oriented way, you will not want to miss the Annual Meeting.
We are excited to have Stephanie Devaney, PhD, Deputy Director, All of Us Research Program at NIH, as one of our Keynote Speakers. The committee is working on finalizing the topics. We'll post a full schedule soon. The Welcome Reception starts at 5:00 pm on Sunday, June 24 and the program will end at around 1:30 pm on Wednesday, June 27.

Continuing Education Credit Information
CLE/MCLE: AHLA will be applying for 17.25 credits, including 4.25 of Professional Responsibility (2.0 ethics credits/1.25 diversity/1.0 substance abuse) for 60-minute states and approximately 20.7 including 5.10 of Professional Responsibility (2.4 ethics credits/1.5 diversity/1.2 substance abuse) for 50-minute states. The number of credits approved may vary state to state.
CPE: This seminar will be worth approximately 20.0 CPE credits. AHLA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. CCB: This education activity has been submitted to the Compliance Certification Board (CCB)® and is currently pending their review for approval for 20.7 CCB CEUs.
This program is designed to be an update on developments in the area of health law. There are no prerequisites or advanced preparations required to register for this group live program. Those seeking accounting credits should be familiar with the basic concepts of law and terminology associated with this area in order to obtain the full educational benefit of this program. Introductory remarks, breaks, luncheons, and receptions are not included in the computation of credit hours. Participants will be given continuing education request forms at the program. Forms must be completed and returned to AHLA staff to receive credit. The sessions, unless otherwise designated, are intermediate to advanced in level. There are no prerequisites required to register for this program.
Cancellations must be received in writing by June 13, 2018. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after the cancellation date. Registration fee, minus the $125 administrative fee, will be refunded approximately 3-4 weeks following the program.
