Remembering Arnaud Gelb

July 7, 2016

Last week AHLA unexpectedly lost one of our MVPs; we mourn the sudden passing of our colleague and friend Arnaud Gelb. For the last three years, Arnaud was a valuable member of AHLA’s team and our Practice Groups staff, bringing his signature enthusiasm and boundless energy to our Distance Learning events, the Practice Group Twitter accounts, and so much more. In addition to the staff members who greatly miss their colleague, we know that hundreds of our members (if not thousands) had interacted with Arnaud over the years, and were no doubt touched by his humor, kindness, and his passion for life (and basketball).

Our staff is planning a tribute to Arnaud that will appear in the August 2016 issue of AHLA Connections magazine. If you have a fond memory or recollection of Arnaud you would like to share, please email Allison Beard so that we may include it.

Our thoughts are with Arnaud’s friends and family in this difficult time, especially his wife Kelly Buchanan-Gelb, his family, and a multitude of friends.
