U.S. Supreme Court Denies Review of Third Circuit Refusal to Stay Appeal Pending Disposition of Complaints Under IDEA

The U.S. Supreme Court denied review of a Third Circuit decision that denied a motion to stay appeal pending the disposition of a district court case that will allegedly demonstrate that opposing counsel fraudulently concealed information revealing that the Department of Education has determined that the movant has standing to file administrative complaints under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. The Third Circuit's unpublished decision was issued June 29, 2000.
