U.S. Supreme Court Denies Review of Eighth Circuit's Decision That Iowa "Partial Birth Abortion" Ban Was Unconstitutional

The U.S. Supreme Court denied review of an Eighth Circuit decision that had held that an Iowa statute banning "partial birth abortions" was unconstitutional because it encompassed the widely used dilation and evacuation procedure in addition to the less frequently used dilation and evacuation procedure. The Eighth Circuit's decision was published at 195 F.3d 386.
