U.S. Supreme Court Denies Review Of Seventh Circuit's Ruling That Arbitrator Had Arbitral Immunity From Tort Claim

The U.S. Supreme Court denied review of the Seventh Circuit's ruling that an arbitrator had arbitral immunity from a health insurance policy's administrator's tort claim for wrongful exercise of jurisdiction. The Seventh Circuit's opinion is published at 312 F.3d 833 (7th Cir. Dec. 3, 2002).
