That Arbitrator Had Arbitral Immunity From Tort Claim
The U.S. Supreme Court denied review of the Seventh Circuit's
ruling that an arbitrator had arbitral immunity from a health insurance policy's
administrator's tort claim for wrongful exercise of jurisdiction. The Seventh
