U.S. Supreme Court Denies Review Of Eleventh Circuit Decision Upholding Florida Medicaid Preferred Drug List

The U.S. Supreme Court denied review of an Eleventh Circuit ruling that the Florida law in question created a prior authorization program that did not conflict with the federal Medicaid statute and was therefore permissible. The Eleventh Circuit's decision is published at 340 F.3d 1197 (Sept. 6, 2002); HLD, v. 30, n. 11.
