Quarterly Review

The AHLA Corporate Governance Task Force is pleased to issue the inaugural issue of the Governance Quarterly Review. The time period for this educational product is July through September 2007. This particular edition is the first in a series of Governance Quarterly Reviews that the Task Force plans to make available. We are happy to provide this material to members of the Task Force with the purpose of highlighting the most salient developments in corporate governance. We hope that you will find these materials useful reading.
