  • Opioid Crisis 50 State Survey
    - PG Toolkit: Published on November 6, 2019
This 50-State Survey is a resource for those physician organizations (and their attorneys) that have questions regarding state opioid prescribing requirements or who desire additional information about their state’s governmental response to such crisis. Each state summary references relevant statutory and regulatory authority; case law; and Board of Medicine, Board of Nursing, Board of Pharmacy, and other governmental guidance related to the issues referenced. Each summary also includes links to online resources containing information on the latest developments.

  • Physician Organizations PG Document Archive
    - PG Toolkit: Published on June 21, 2017

The Physician Organizations Practice Group Document Archive contains a range of materials, including prior versions of Medicare enrollment forms, and prior versions of Medicare Internet-Only Manual chapters and older Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) transmittals, many of which are no longer available on CMS’ website. The Document Archive also includes links and citations for helpful materials, including Medicare Physician Fee Schedules, CMS transmittals and guidance, and lists of Medicare Contractor Medical Directors and their contact information. The Document Archive is intended to serve as a point of access for attorneys who represent physicians and who need access to copies of previously released, but now unavailable material, as well as a “one-stop shop” for older Physician Fee Schedule documents.
