Luncheon Summary

The Medical Staff, Credentialing, and Peer Review (MSCPR) and Hospitals and Health Systems Practice Groups held a joint mid-year luncheon on February 10, 2006 at the Hospitals and Health Systems Law Institute in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Kris Dawley, Vice Chair of the MSCPR Practice Group and Partner at Schottenstein Zox & Dunn LPA in Columbus, Ohio, was the luncheon speaker. His excellent presentation on what hospitals should and should not do regarding information received from doctors who used to be on their medical staff, produced a lively discussion amongst attendees. Both Practice Groups extend their thanks to Kris for his presentation.
