Sponsored by Experian Data Breach Resolution
At the 2011 Annual Meeting

Title: Conversation with Assistant U.S. Attorney Susan Winkler, Chief, Health Care Fraud Unit for the Boston U.S. Attorney's Office

The Boston U.S. Attorney's Office is a dominant force in the U.S. Department of Justice's healthcare fraud enforcement initiatives, and its investigations have generated ground-breaking resolutions and changed the health industry on governance and compliance. It is uniquely organized to meet the challenges of health industry enforcement issues and has been led for many years by Assistant U.S. Attorney Susan Winkler, who as chief of the Health Care Fraud Unit supervises more than thirty criminal and civil assistant U.S. attorneys who focus exclusively on healthcare fraud allegations. Our luncheon will focus on the history of the Boston U.S. Attorney's Office's Health Care Fraud Unit, its organization, priorities, and perspectives on health industry enforcement and compliance issues.
