Description

This course is highly interactive. You will acquire the knowledge and skills to arbitrate a health law dispute effectively and ethically from start to finish. For each phase of arbitration, from appointment to award, the trainers will lead a discussion about key challenges and strategies for overcoming them. You will learn how to manage cases so the parties get what they want: a quick and fair resolution. Litigators with healthcare expertise who are looking for a way to expand their practice and enhance their skills are strongly encouraged to attend. The courses will qualify you to join the AHLA's roster of arbitrators.
