This collection of guidebooks represents a unique collaboration between the AHLA and the Office of Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (OIG). Each resource provides unique insight into the OIG’s priorities and gives practical tools for healthcare organization boards to carry out their fiduciary responsibilities. The three guidebooks in this collection are valuable reading for healthcare boards of directors that want to understand their role in overseeing the quality of care provided by their organizations.
