 Fundamentals of Health Law, 6th Edition

Since its first edition in 1995, and in every new edition since then, The Fundamentals of Health Law has helped thousands of attorneys and related professionals keep abreast of the dramatic changes in this field.  Behavioral Health Task Force Discussion List

This discussion list allows subscribers to discuss behavioral health law matters that impact providers, payers, patients and other health organizations. These issues include HIPAA security and privacy, mental health parity, alcohol and other drug abuse laws, sharing of behavioral health treatment records and information, inclusion of behavioral health treatment providers in networks and/or Accountable Care Organizations, among other topics.
