Title: Operationalizing the Shared Savings Program Regulation

Description:  

The panelists will discuss how healthcare providers can operationalize the requirements of Medicare's new Shared Savings Program for Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). They will also provide tips and real-world experience regarding creating and operating ACOs including shared governance arrangements, structuring ACOs, aligning non-integrated physicians and providers, developing and implementing performance and quality standards, aligning financial interests, implementing care coordination programs, and managing cost and quality across a population.
