Title: Outlook for the 112th Congress: Issues Impacting Health Lawyers and Their Clients

This luncheon presentation, from a former high-ranking Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services official and currently the Chief Healthcare Investigative Counsel for the Senate Finance Committee Minority Staff, will speak from a congressional vantage point of what Congress is looking at from an oversight/enforcement perspective as well as other relevant issues that will impact health lawyers and their clients, such as the SGR and the state of competitive bidding.
