The HIT Practice Group will aid its members in keeping abreast of proposed legislation introduced in the House and the Senate affecting HIT. Starting February 2006 a short summary of relevant bills and signficant new laws will be posted on the HIT listserve and placed in this section of the HIT Practice Group website. We hope that our members find this service useful and invite your feedback and submissions for consideration.
