- Follow the link provided in your confirmation to access “My Downloads” section in your account. Click on the link provided in that section and a window asking you to save the file will pop up. Save the ZIP file to your desktop.
- Once you have saved the file, open it with WinZip (double click and your computer should know what to do). Select the "Extract" option, use the checkbox for “Use folder names” and then click the “new folder” button to create a new folder on your desktop where the product will be housed. Once the folder is created, select it and complete the extraction.
- For past webinar recordings and materials (webinar e-files): open the newly created folder to access both the recording and materials.
For past programs (program e-files): open the newly created folder and the AHLA eProgram subfolder. Double click the eProgram TOC.pdf file and the materials will open.
