AHLA will explore and analyze the consequences of the election through a series of webinars. Specifically, these webinars will focus on the need-to-know policy issues for lawyers, and how these issues are likely to play out in the post-election landscape.

This webinar will:

  • Discuss the future of integrated delivery systems, the evolving nature of alternative payment systems and legal barriers to clinical integration (antitrust, Stark Law, Civil Monetary Penalty, etc.);

  • Focus on the implementation of health information technology, and its use in delivery system reform; and

  • Discuss financial outlook of integrated delivery systems and the key elements for successful health systems under reformed payment models.
