Compliance: Compliance audits and diligence are critical to ensure that acquirers do not inherit significant risks and that projected revenues can be verified.

Financing: Valuation, conflicting debt/equity issues, securitization, and incurred but reported liabilities are topics which often present significant challenges.

After this webinar you will be able to:

  • Describe strategies for resolving uncovered significant compliance problems and salvaging transactions; and

  • Discuss common issues and successful solutions to many of these significant obstacles.
