AHLA/HFMA Webinar Series, Session I: Current Trends in Healthcare Mergers, Acquisitions, Consolidations, and Affiliations

Tuesday, February 28, 2012
This webinar series is co-sponsored by the American Health Lawyers Association and Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Description

Healthcare reform and other macro economic factors are pushing more providers to integrate both vertically and horizontally. There are a variety of integration vehicles available to facilitate both physician/hospital and hospital/hospital integration. Successful organizations understand their options, have developed a strategic framework to identify high potential arrangements, and use set processes to execute the integration strategy.

After this webinar you will be able to:

  • Identify the macro drivers of transactional trends;

  • Assess the available integration structures for both physician/hospital and hospital/hospital alignment; and

  • Develop a strategic framework to evaluate deals and an efficient process to execute transactions/agreement.

Access a general overview and more detailed information about each part of this webinar series.
