This webinar series will address fundamentals of fraud and abuse law.
Part II will concentrate on the Stark physician self-referral law. It will provide the basics of the Stark law and will include a brief description of the law's history. The webinar will address some of the major exceptions utilizing a couple of common hypotheticals.
