Description

This webinar series will address fundamentals of fraud and abuse law.
Part I will provide an introduction to the anti-kickback statute (AKS). In covering the basics of the AKS law, the speakers will discuss some of the common safe harbors and some of the major OIG guidance, such as the joint venture special fraud alert. The program will also discuss some of the various state AKS laws.
