Description

The webinar presentation will provide an intermediate level of insight and practical information on recent healthcare fraud enforcement efforts under the Obama Administration and the impact to plans, payors, and providers. The presentation will include information on recent healthcare fraud enforcement efforts, including government funding, creation of the Health Care Fraud Prevention and Enforcement Action Team, and overview of the Fraud Enforcement and Recovery Act as it specifically relates to plans, payors, and providers. In addition, the presentation will provide practical insight and information on impact to plans and payors. Moreover, attendees will gain insight as to what payors and plans should consider as a result of such fraud enforcement efforts.
