Compliance 2.0: Ten Issues Long Term Care Providers Can Look at Right Now!

Tuesday, February 2, 2010
Sponsored by the Long Term Care, Senior Housing, In-Home Care, and Rehabilitation Practice Group

Description

This presentation is designed to provide attorneys and long term care (LTC) providers with practical advice on issues that can be reviewed by compliance programs. Each of the ten issues presented will be issues that LTC providers of any size can take a look at cost effectively, quickly, and efficiently. As compliance programs evolve and age, they have taken two different trajectories. Large providers have put more resources into programs and formalizing compliance processes. Smaller providers and provider groups have either been very slow to adopt programs or were early adopters that have since let those programs lapse. The compliance issues presented will be issues that large providers can use to find low-hanging fruit or smaller providers can use to either begin a new program or reinvigorate a forgotten program. The program will be presented by compliance professionals and attorneys in the field.
