Description
As the use of quality measurement programs expand and gain national attention, it will be critical for those engaged in advising on these programs to understand the data that drive the programs and in particular how the data sets are chosen, accessed, aggregated, measured, and used. This teleconference will also address some of the technological and legal considerations involved in structuring these programs, as well as legal challenges that programs have faced.
