Description

In recent rulemakings, CMS continues the evolution of important Medicare supervision policies affecting coverage for many services furnished in both hospitals and ambulatory care settings. This webinar will provide an overview of the policies governing both diagnostic and therapeutic services, discuss areas where more clarification may be needed, and offer practical tips for lawyers advising clients on the subject. In addition, the panel will also address the critical enforcement implications of these policy changes which affect a wide range of services across multiple sites of services.
