Topics addressed will include: (1) the pros and cons of vaccinating staff on a mandatory basis; (2) attendance/paid time off and staffing polices impacted by an epidemic/pandemic; and (3) compliance with federal work-related statutes, including FLSA and OSHA.

Learn how to prepare your hospital and workforce with practical steps in documenting efforts to prepare for H1N1 this fall.
