Registration and Travel

 
 

If you would like to register for a particular program, please visit the Program Calendar page and click on the program you'd like to attend.

Confirmation

Once your registration has been processed, you will receive a program confirmation. If you have questions or concerns regarding your registration, please contact the Member Service Center at (202) 833-1100.

Lodging

Hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fee. When calling the hotel, be sure to identify yourself as an AHLA registrant to qualify for the special group rate. Please note that rooms at the group rate are limited and may sell out prior to the cut-off date.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing. If the cancellation is received before the specified cut-off date, registration fees, less a $125 administrative fee, will be refunded following the program. If you wish to send a substitute, please contact the Member Service Center at (202) 833-1100. Please note that registration fees are based on the membership status of the individual who actually attends the program.) Registration fees are not refunded if the cancellation is received after the specified cut-off date.

Travel Information

ASSOCIATION TRAVEL CONCEPTS (ATC) has been selected as AHLA's official travel agency. ATC has negotiated discounts with certain airlines and rental care companies to bring you special rates that are lower than those available to the public. Some restrictions may apply and a service fee may apply. ATC will also search for the lowest available fare on any airline. ATC is available for reservations from 8:30 am until 8:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Additional information is posted online for each program. Please check the Web site for vendor I.D. numbers, dates for discounted travel, and airline and rental car companies offered.

If you choose to call ATC, they will provide personalized service, advance seat assignments, special requests, frequent flier program updates, electronic ticketing, email access for convenient booking of your tickets and more.
