Program Description
This premier program addresses the legal issues facing all providers within the post-acute and long term care spectrum. The conference features some of the best, most in-depth regulatory and legal sessions for in-house, outside counsel, and providers alike. In addition to topics of interest to counsel for skilled nursing facilities, this year's program continues to include a track of sessions on the legal issues facing assisted living facilities. It also adds a track this year focusing on the legal issues of home health and home care. The program is a can't miss event if you represent or work for providers within the post acute care spectrum.
