Program Description

The annual Academic Medical Centers program is designed to address the legal issues unique to teaching hospitals and academic medical centers. As always, sessions will tackle some of the most cutting-edge and controversial issues in health law and provide concrete advice to attendees on how to handle them. Topics at this year’s program will include clinical research billing, GME update, Stark Phase III Regulations, electronic health information and more.
