Program Description
America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) and the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA) are proud to present the 15th annual Law Conference for Health Plans, Providers, and Insurers May 10-12, 2004, in Amelia Island, Florida. Join in-house and outside counsel, legal experts, government representatives and other plan, provider and insurance specialists for three days of analysis and discussion of current issues, opportunities and challenges that are transforming the health law environment.
From the new Medicare legislation and antitrust to contracting and class action, the complex legal issues facing health plans and providers continue to evolve at a rapid pace. Whatever legal issues are important to you, the 2004 Law Conference for Health Plans, Providers, and Insurers is the place to learn more about the key developments, trends and perspectives.

CLE Information
This program will be worth approximately 11.5 credits (including 1.0 ethics credit) for 60-minute states and approximately 13.8 credits (including 1.0 ethics credit) for 50-minute states. A CLE Request form must be completed and returned to Health Lawyers staff to receive credit.
