Program Description
The Essentials of Arbitrating a Healthcare Dispute is a one-day training

alternative dispute resolution through an in-depth examination of
arbitration. This training describes:
- The process of an arbitration from case intake to award;
- Current applicable arbitration law;
- The legal and ethical issues in arbitration; and
- The challenges that AHLA arbitrators typically confront, including
