Roger D. Strode, Jr. is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the firm’s Chicago office. Roger practices in the areas of health and corporate law. His practice focuses on health care business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructurings and joint ventures, general corporate matters and health care regulation.
