Allison Walsh Sheedy’s practice focuses on general civil litigation and antitrust matters. Sheedy has represented clients—both plaintiffs and defendants—in complex litigation in federal and state court, including antitrust and civil RICO litigation. She has also represented clients in connection with antitrust investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), and state attorney general offices, as well as assisted with antitrust counseling and compliance.

Sheedy has extensive experience with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and represents clients in response to investigations by the Securities Exchange Commission, DOJ, and Congress.

Sheedy received her B.A. in literature from Sarah Lawrence College in 1998, and her J.D. in 2006 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was articles editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. While in law school, she worked for Philadelphia LawWorks, a community economic development project, assisting low-income families in acquiring title to their homes. Sheedy’s experience also includes representing clients in conjunction with the Philadelphia Public Defender’s Office through the University of Pennsylvania Law School Criminal Defense Clinic. She is a member of the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania bars.
