He concentrates in corporate and regulatory matters, primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, formation of joint ventures, federal and state self-referral, Stark II, and Anti-Kickback Statute advice and compliance, formation and merger of physician practices, certificate of need advice and regulatory appeals, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, and medical staff issues.
