Barbara practices in the areas of health care and administrative law, with emphasis in regulatory matters and fraud and abuse.
Prior to joining the firm, Barbara clerked for the Honorable William H. Billings, Supreme Court of Missouri. Barbara also has over twelve years experience as a registered nurse. She is a frequent presenter nationally and regionally on issues related to health care. Barbara has participated in training sessions throughout Missouri sponsored jointly by the Missouri Health Care Association and the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.
