Brian M. Jazaeri is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Jazaeri represents clients in complex litigation across a range of industries, including the healthcare, technology, and financial services sectors. His representations include business disputes involving breach of contract, bad faith, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, UCC, unfair business practices, trade secrets, and corporate governance. His practice focuses primarily on the healthcare field. In particular, he has represented healthcare payors, prescription benefit management, and medical providers in class action lawsuits, many of which have been successfully defended on dispositive motions.

Mr. Jazaeri also represents clients in general commercial litigation and has trial experience in mass tort, product liability, and commercial dispute cases. Mr. Jazaeri's practice includes the development and implementation of national strategies that involve conducting extensive discovery, pleading and motion practice, case management, mediation, and trial preparation.

Mr. Jazaeri received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2002, where he received the CALI Award of Excellence in Legal Writing and Research and was recognized for Best Oral Argument and Best Brief in Moot Court. He received his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1998.

Mr. Jazaeri is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California.
