L. Robert Guenthner, Esquire 

Robert Guenthner is a partner in the Corporate and Health Care Groups of SNR Denton in Chicago, Illinois. His practice includes the representation of venture capital and private equity participants, hospital and health systems, specialty health service providers, medical equipment manufacturers, graduate medical education programs, and various other healthcare and general corporate entities. He concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate governance, strategic counseling, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and other commercial transactions. He has substantial experience in the acquisition and divestiture of various types of regulated and non-regulated entities, both publicly traded and privately held. Mr. Guenthner received his law degree from Washington University School of Law in Saint Louis, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif, a national honor society for law school graduates. He also received his Masters in Business Administration with a joint concentration in finance and organizational behavior from Washington University’s John M. Olin School of Business, and his B.S. from the University of Dayton.
