Ann DesRuisseaux serves as Assistant General Counsel for DaVita, Inc. Prior to joining DaVita, Ms. DesRuisseaux served as Senior Compliance Counsel and Acting Chief Compliance Officer for Novation, LLC and as Assistant General Counsel for Triad Hospitals, Inc. Prior to serving as in-house counsel, Ms. DesRuisseaux was in private practice with the Health Law section of Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP. She received her LL.M. in Health Law from the University of Houston Law Center, her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from South Texas College of Law, and her B.S. in Health Care Administration from Iona College.
