Andrew J. Demetriou, Esquire 

Andy Demetriou is a Partner in the Los Angeles Office of Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, where he serves as the head of the Los Angeles Corporate Practice and a member of the Health Care Practice. His practice includes mergers, acquisitions and divestiture transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.  Andy is a past Chair of the Health Law Section of the American Bar Association and a long-time member of AHLA (and its predecessor the American Academy of Healthcare Attorneys) and has served on the Sarbanes Oxley Task Force and had other responsibilities within the AHLA Practice Groups.  He is frequent speaker and author on topics such as corporate governance, corporate transactions and professional responsibility for lawyers.
