Mr. DeLoss has over 15 years of experience. He has authored numerous articles on a wide variety of health care issues, including health care technology, medical records, HIPAA and licensure issues. 

He is the currently Chair of the American Health Lawyers Association’s Health Information and Technology Practice Group.  Mr. DeLoss received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of North Dakota.
