Aimee DeFilippo is an associate in Jones Day’s Washington office. Her practice focuses on antitrust counseling, litigation, and agency practice for clients in a variety of industries, with a particular focus on health care and pharmaceuticals.  She has experience representing providers, payors, and pharmaceutical companies on a number of antitrust issues, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and federal and state government investigations. 

Ms. DeFilippo is a member of the Antitrust Practice Group, as well as the American Bar Association’s Section of Antitrust Law. She has written frequently for both organizations.

Ms. DeFilippo earned her J.D. magna cum laude from George Mason University and is admitted to the bars of the District of Columbia and Virginia.
