I have practiced healthcare regulatory and coporate law in the Birmingham, Alabama office of Balch & Bingham LLP since 2005.Before joining Balch & Bingham, I practiced international trade law in the Washington, D.C. office of White & Case LLP. I became interested in the healthcare industry while working in the corporate finance department of Baxter Healthcare Corporation in Chicago and Vienna, Austria prior to law school. Healthcare law is a complex, evolving, and intellectually challenging legal field.
