Role at Lincoln International:
Tony leads or assists in leading deal teams and is active in marketing the services of Lincoln International. As a key member of the firm’s Healthcare group, Tony is involved with assignments covering various sectors within the industry.
Advisory Experience:
Tony has significant experience in merger and acquisition advisory services and, prior to his tenure at Lincoln International, in private and public equities. He has executed both sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions for private equity clients, publicly traded companies and privately held businesses, including family-owned businesses.
Industry Experience:
Tony is a key member of Lincoln International's Healthcare group, and his advisory experience includes the execution of transactions within a variety of sectors within the healthcare industry, including diagnostics, research tools, laboratory services, outsourced pharmaceutical services, and medical technology. Throughout his career Tony has been responsible for the execution and origination of a variety of private and public equity transactions and corporate advisory assignments – including IPO’s, PIPEs and private placements of debt and equity, sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions and licensing agreements – all within the healthcare industry.
Past Affiliations:
Tony joined Lincoln International in 2010 as a Vice President. Prior to this, Tony spent ten years in investment banking, first as an Analyst in the healthcare Corporate Finance group of Dain Rauscher Wessels in Minneapolis, Minnesota, which was acquired by RBC Capital Markets. Following his tenure at RBC Capital Markets, Tony joined Vector Securities International, L.L.C., a healthcare-focused boutique investment bank in Chicago, Illinois, where he was promoted to Associate. In 2005, the healthcare investment banking team of Vector Securities International, L.L.C. joined GCA Savvian Advisors, where Tony was promoted to Vice President in the firm's Healthcare group.
Academic Credentials:
Tony earned a Bachelor of Science in Business focused on Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
